Edward Liu - Principal Representative of International Chamber of Shipping (China) Liaison Office, Hong Kong

Edward acts as the ICS focal point for building links with government organisations and industry bodies, promoting the profile of the ICS and representing ICS positions in China. Qualified as a solicitor in England & Wales as well as a lawyer in P.R. China, Edward is also a legal director of Hill Dickinson Hong Kong.

Edward has been appointed by the Hong Kong Government as a member of a number of advisory bodies, including Hong Kong Maritime and Port Board, Aviation Development and Three-Runway System Advisory Committee, Advisory Committee on Promotion of Arbitration, and Steering Committee on Mediation. He is also an arbitrator and mediator.
